# How to ban players on your v-Rising server

This setup is performed when you're an administrator. Check [here](https://help.sparkedhost.com/en/article/how-to-add-administrators-to-your-v-rising-server-ctw3w0/) how to Add Administrators to your V-Rising Server.

1. Open the console in the game.

2. Type AdminAuth and press Enter. You'll see the administrator commands.

3. To ban someone, simply type "ban <playername/IP/UserID>". For example, "ban player1".
