# How to create a Live Chat

### How to create a Live Chat

1. To create a live chat, Head over to our [main website](https://sparkedhost.com)

2. On the bottom right-hand side, you will be able to see a tab with an icon that has a yellow background Click on the tab. A window should now open. Please state the issue you are having and select the department which it belongs to!
