# How to Make a Crazy Craft Server

Crazy Craft is a popular Minecraft modpack known for its over-the-top and unpredictable gameplay. It transforms the typical Minecraft experience by introducing a lot of different technical requirements:

## Installing Crazy Craft

Below are the steps to install crazy craft on your Minecraft server, and on your client.

### On a Minecraft Server

Please refer to creating a [backup](https://help.sparkedhost.com/en/article/how-to-backup-your-server-2zb28p/) before uninstalling any files to avoid losing progress, and make sure to install the [version](https://help.sparkedhost.com/en/article/how-to-change-a-minecraft-server-version-127uv7i/) compatible with the **Crazy Craft** mod pack (forge), which can be found on their [CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/crazy-craft-updated/files/all?page=1&pageSize=20) mod loaders tab.  (YELLOW BOX)

* Log into your [Apollo Panel](https://control.sparkedhost.us/)
    
* Navigate to the **Modpacks** tab and search **Crazy Craft**

* Download the desired version

* After downloading, your Crazy Craft server is ready to go. Hit start server, and your world should be running in seconds!

### On Your Minecraft Game Client

Please note that in this example, we use a free app called [CurseForge](https://help.sparkedhost.com/en/article/how-to-setup-a-modded-minecraft-server-using-curseforge-8r9j4k/), so you must have pre-installed it on your computer for this method.

* Find Crazy Craft on [CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/crazy-craft-updated)
    
* Hit install on CurseForge

* After downloading, it should now be uploaded to your CurseForge app. Click on play to launch Minecraft and have fun with your friends!
