# How To Make A Runescape Dragonwilds Private Server

A RuneScape Dragonwilds private server gives you and your friends a world of your own, where you decide who joins and how the game plays. Unlike a regular private world, a dedicated server keeps running even when you log off, so your progress is always there and anyone can jump in whenever they like. You can host one yourself or rent one from a hosting provider, and with 1.0 crossplay, your group can join from PC or console.

### Making A Private Runescape Dragonwilds Server

|| Leave blank for a public server. 


1. Access the [Apollo Panel](https://control.sparkedhost.us/).
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the **Properties** tab.
4. Find the **WorldPassword** field.
5. Set a secure world password.
