Managing Servers on Apollo Dedicated
You can create as many servers on an Apollo Dedicated Server. However, you must stay within your resource limits of your node. You are able to create many different types of servers ranging from a Minecraft Server, to Discord Bots.
First, let's select your Dedicated Server on the Apollo Panel:
Then, click Servers on the left-hand side to view the Server Manager. This table shows all servers hosted on your Dedicated Server.
Clicking Create in the top-right corner of the Server Manager brings up a creation dialog prompt. Here, you can customise what resources you would like your server to have including the name of the server, and also the type, along with allocation limits.
You can call your server whatever you wish - this is only what it is referred to as on the panel, and is not shown to any players in-game.
There are over 75 different server types available to you, some require more resources than others. If you need advice on how much CPU, RAM or Disk to allocate to a server, please reach out to our Support Team.
It is recommended to leave the Allocation Limit at 5, but you can also increase the number of backups a server can store at a given time.
The Startup Command field should be left blank, unless you would like to use a custom startup command. This may be useful for Discord Bot Hosting.
You can modify the name, type or resource limits of a server at anytime by clicking Update on the dropdown menu for the server you wish to modify.
You can delete any server hosted on a Dedicated Server owned by you, however, this will require your 2FA code to be used as authentication.
If you require any further assistance or have any questions about Apollo Dedicated Manager, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by creating a ticket!
