How to cancel your cancellation request for your service

Head over the Billing Dashboard and click "Services" and then "My Services".

Then click to the service that you would like to cancel. On the left hand side, Click “Cancel Cancellation Request”.

A ticket is automatically opened for you where one of our support represenatives will remove the cancellation request and respond to notify you of the change. You can view your open tickets here

Many users encounter server lag while using Spigot; hence, the majority of users would not use it since its performance is weak.

Paper: Paper, which used to be called PaperMC, is a fork of Spigot. Most people think that Paper is better at what it does than Spigot because the server code has been optimized even more. Additionally, Paper includes additional updates and substantial enhancements to reduce lag and boost server speed. It also fixes vulnerabilities and defects.

Purpur: However, Purpur is a fork of the genus Tuinity, which is a fork of the genus Paper. Purpur has a new lighting engine and a few other improvements. Instead, it is primarily designed to enhance gameplay, and it contains many more changes designed to keep the server working as smoothly as possible when there are many players.

What exactly is FileZilla? Well, FileZilla is an SFTP client which allows you to directly and securely connect to your server/service files. It drastically decreases upload time and wait time as you are not uploading everything through the web. Another advantage to FileZilla is that you are able to directly upload folders to the server. No need to zip the folders and then extract them via the file manager.

FileZilla works on all Operating Systems. Ranging from Windows, Mac, and Linux!

How to install FileZilla

Head over to the FileZilla website and click “Download FileZilla Client”

Pick the correct Operating System for your system. In this case, We will be choosing Windows

Download the normal “FileZilla” version. There is no need for the “FileZilla Pro” version.

Open the executable and follow through with the setup process.

On the Apollo Panel, Click “Settings” on the left-hand side of the navigation bar.

Under the “SFTP Details” Box, click on the “FileZilla” button.

How to Add and Enable Mods to your Terraria Server (tModLoader)

Launch the game using tModLoader.
Select "Mods" from the main menu.
At the bottom of the menu, select "Open Mods Folder".
Login to the server using SFTP to access your server files

Upload the contents from the client-side mods folder into the server-side mods folder.
Using SFTP, go to the "mods" folder and create a new file called enabled.json
Inside the enabled.json file, you are going to add 2 brackets that will allow you to enable the mods you upload to the server. Please have a look at the syntax below for an example:

For every mod you are installing, they need to be separated by a ( , ). An example is attached below for you to follow when you're installing more than one mod, if you are installing one mod then you do not need the comma at the end.

Save and Restart the server to enable the mods installed.
