Make sure your server is not running. If it is running, stop the server

Go to the File Manager tab, and delete the “world” folder if there is one.

Open the server.properties file in the File Manager and look for the “level-seed” option (or add it, in case the option does not exist), then enter the seed that you wanted and save the file.

Go to the Console Tab, start the server and wait for your new world to generate using the seed.

How to connect a domain with a Minecraft Server with a dedicated IP (Cloudflare)

Login into the Cloudflare dashboard and select your domain

On the left-hand side, Click “DNS” and then click “Add Record”. Firstly, we need to create an “A” record. You will need to fill out the following:

Name - This is the option to either make it a subdomain or not. In this example, we will use “play”. This will make it so we have to connect using play.domain.com.
IPv4 Address - This is the IP of the server NOT including the port numbers.
Proxy Status - Uncheck this. It should be a gray cloud with the text “DNS Only”.
TTL - Leave this as auto.

Once complete, Click “Save”.

Your domain is now usable. Players are now able to connect to your Minecraft server using the domain.

What exactly is FileZilla? Well, FileZilla is an SFTP client which allows you to directly and securely connect to your server/service files. It drastically decreases upload time and wait time as you are not uploading everything through the web. Another advantage to FileZilla is that you are able to directly upload folders to the server. No need to zip the folders and then extract them via the file manager.

FileZilla works on all Operating Systems. Ranging from Windows, Mac, and Linux!

Head over to the FileZilla website and click “Download FileZilla Client”

Pick the correct Operating System for your system. In this case, We will be choosing Windows

Download the normal “FileZilla” version. There is no need for the “FileZilla Pro” version.

In the past, it was not possible to use plugins on Modded Minecraft servers, as they are not made to work together. However, thanks to other server softwares like Mohist, which supports the use of Forge mods and Spigot Plugins, and Arclight, which supports Spigot plugins and either Forge, NeoForge or Fabric mods. Though Arclight has only begun developing softwares for NeoForge and Fabric recently since 1.20.4. This guide will explain how to install and make use of Mohist or Arclight

||| Warning: You may experience crashes and odd bugs when running your server on Mohist/Arclight, since mods and plugins were not made to work together. Also, if you are converting your server from Modded Minecraft to use Mohist/Arclight instead. We would recommend creating a backup of the server before switching server softwares.
