Getting Started with your The Forest server

The first thing you should do is to head to the Startup Tab of the Game Panel.

Once you are there you'll see several options. The main one you should focus on is changing the server name and admin password.





Once completed, you will want to create your own Steam Account Token. Which you can create here. The APP ID for The Forest is 242760. Now paste in the token you just received in the Steam Account Token Box.



You can also set a Server Password and change the difficulty of your server here.



This completes the basic setup of the server!
