How to ban Players on your Squad Server

In Game Method:

Open the in-game console using the backtick (`) Key.

Run the ban command by using the following format:

AdminBan <NameOrSteamId> <Banlength> <Ban Reason>

Ban Period examples are as follows, 0 = perm; 1D = 1 Day; 1M = 1Month

Full Example:

AdminBan SpakredHost 1D Cheating

Control Panel Method:

You can also ban players using the control panel. In order to ban someone from the control panel, you need to navigate to the file "Bans.cfg" ./SquadGame/ServerConfig/Bans.cfg

Once you find the file, on a new line you can ban the player using the following format:

<Steam64ID>:<timestamp> // Reason if you want to add

Note: When banning manually you will need their Steam64id and a Unix Timestamp.

Save your server and restart for this ban to take effect.
