How to change the difficulty of your The Forest Server

The first thing you will want to do is head over to the Startup tab of the control panel and find the startup box with the title "Difficulty".

Peaceful: This will remove all cannibals and mutants from the world
Normal: This is the standard difficulty and is recommended
Hard: This changes the spawn rate on animals/fish, lower health regen etc. It also increases the spawn rate on mutants that deal more damage.

Once you decide which difficulty you want you can use the dropdown to select the difficulty.
