How to setup an email account on cPanel
Emails are handy for managing departments or teams. Or maybe you need a separate inbox for sending “very important” emails.

How to setup an email account on cPanel
- Login to the cPanel dashboard. You are able to log in using the button on the web hosting package.
- Once logged in, Head down over to the “Email” category and select “Email Accounts”.
- Click the orange “Create” button. This will open a form for you to fill out regarding the email account. You will need to fill in the following:
- Username - This is the first part of the domain.
thisPart@sparked-media.com
- Password - The password to login for the email account.
- Storage (OPTIONAL) - Set the max amount of storage in which the email account can use up
- Create folders for plus addressing - Automatically creates a folder when the email address receives a message that uses plus addressing
- Finally, Click the “Create” Button.
- To log in to the email, Simply click the “Check Email” button.
- You are able to choose what email web client you would like to choose. The default client is “Roundcube”. Once selected, click “Open”.
- You can now send emails to others!
