Common Issues

The most common issue most clients face is not knowing about the Login Token that is required for players to be able to find and join the Unturned Server. This is something new that has been implemented into the game by Nelson. We have created a guide here: Adding A Login Token to Unturned

If your workshop mods are failing to install, You can head to /Servers/unturned and delete the entire workshop folder and restart your server to let it regenerate and install the workshop mods. If this does not fix your issue make sure to open a support ticket so we can take a look.

Another common mistake is setting stuff in the commands.dat file. Sparked Host sets these in the Startup tab which means that the commands.dat values will be overwritten with what is in the Startup Tab. If there is something not in the Startup tab then you can set it in the commands.dat folder.

Please Note: Never set the port in the commands.dat file.
