How to convert your Free Trial Service to a Paid Service
To help you decide whether Sparked Host is a good fit for your needs, we provide twenty-four-hour trials for our Web Hosting, Minecraft Hosting, and other services. This article will explain the process of requesting a Free Trial plan and how to upgrade from the Free Trial plan to the Paid plan.
Note: You can only convert your Free Trial Service into a Paid one, if the Free Trial is still active. If it is no longer active, we can't convert it to a Paid Service.
First of all, log into your Sparked Host Client Area account.
Next, click the "Open Ticket" button in the navigation bar to navigate to the Support Ticket Creation page.
Next, choose the "Billing" category to get in touch with our Billing Support.
Do not forget to select your active free trial service in the “Related Service” box.
Finally, fill out the message box with the details of your request and type the subject. Our Billing Support Team will get to work on it as soon as possible. If you want to upgrade/downgrade the service to a different plan(For example, from a Enterprise 4GB Trial to Extreme 9GB), you can also ask it in the same ticket.
After opening a Billing Support Ticket, a Support Representative will respond to your request as soon as they can and send you an upgrade invoice for you to pay, and transfer your service, if necessary. Once the conversion process is completed, you'll be able to start using the Paid Service regularly.
