What does "Pending" mean?

After purchasing a service and navigating to the billing panel, you may notice this service is marked as “Pending” instead of “Active”. What exactly does this mean? Well, let us explain.

When viewing your service in the billing panel, it may appear as “Pending” like this:

Some services after purchase may be marked as “Pending” instead of “Active” and won’t be available for use right away. This mainly applies to VPS orders and Free Trial orders exclusively. However, it may happen on other services as well.

Some payment methods will require our team to manually verify before your service is marked as active. These include FastSpring, Skrill, Venmo, and CashApp. FastSpring orders will be monitored frequently and updated as needed. If you have waited longer than 30 minutes for your payment to be verified, please reach out with a ticket here. Skrill, Venmo, and CashApp will always require a ticket to complete your purchase.

VPS and Free Trial orders will need to be manually accepted by a member of our team and will always go into a pending state following purchase. These orders are checked often and are usually activated within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have waited longer than this for your service, kindly reach out with a ticket and we will be happy to get your service up and running.

If none of the situations above apply to your order, kindly submit a ticket here and a member of our team will happily assist in getting your service activated.

If you require any further assistance, please create a ticket here.
