What does "Suspended" mean?

If your service is under the “Suspended” status, It means that something has gone wrong. It depends on the circumstance. In most cases, When your service is “Suspended”, It means that payments haven't been successful. Please double check the invoice for the server.

To reactivate your service, Simply pay the latest invoice in the billing dashboard.

In some cases, services may be manually suspended by one of our staff. It may be due to abuse of the service or for other reasons. Please open a ticket (If not already opened) regarding this matter. Our support team will assist you
