Converting your world may be necessary if you are migrating server software. If you migrate from Spigot to Vanilla, you will need to follow these steps as Vanilla uses a different system to load worlds.

How to convert your world from Spigot to Vanilla

If you have not already done so, stop your server before continuing!

Using a SFTP client, open the world you need to convert. If you do not know how to connect to your server using SFTP, we have an article available here.

If you are converting the nether, open the /world_nether/DIM-1 folder.
If you are converting the end, open the /world_the_end/DIM1 folder.

Now download the region folder that is inside the folder of your choosing.

Now head into the world folder.

Again, If you are converting the nether, open the /world/DIM-1 folder.
Again, If you are converting the end, open the /world/DIM1 folder.

Upload the region folder that you had downloaded previously

And that's it! You have now converted your world from Spigot world to a Vanilla world.
