How to create a Ticket

Why create a ticket? A ticket can help you solve your issues regarding your service. Is it something to do with billing? Got questions? Open a ticket!

How to create a Ticket

Visit the client area.

At the top of the navigation bar, click “Open Ticket”. This will take you to a page where you will be able to select what department you would like the ticket to be sent to.

In this example, we will open a ticket under the “Technical” Section. You will be taken to a page where you will be able to provide information about the issue, question and/or service. Once filled out, click the “Submit” Button.

How do I view my ticket?

To see your ticket, simply hover over the “Support” dropdown on the navigation bar and select “Tickets”.
