How to purchase & redeem a Gift Card
Gift cards are very handy if you would like to buy some in-store credit for your friends and family. They are easy to purchase and redeem. In this article, We will show you how to purchase a gift card and how to redeem a gift card.
Start by going onto the billing dashboard.
Click on “Services” at the top of the nav bar. It should open a dropdown list. On the dropdown, click “Order New Services”
Under the “Category” list, click “Gift Cards”.
Select the gift card of your choice. Ranging from $5 to $100. Click “Order Now”.
Follow the instructions to proceed with the purchase.
Once purchased, an email is sent out regarding the gift card. It will mention needing to open a ticket to receive the gift card code. Please do so and follow the instructions in the email.
Start by going onto the billing dashboard.
On the top right-hand side corner, click on “Hello, <Your Name>”. A drop down menu should appear. After that, Click “Redeem Gift Card”.
Enter the Gift Card code in the input box and click “Redeem Gift Card”.
If the Gift Card is valid, a success message will show up notifying you that it has worked.
