Refund Conditions

Refunds are given out at the discretion of Sparked Host staff, and will only be given out if we fail to remedy an issue that you requested support on. Sparked Host reserves the right to not issue refunds. Refunds must be requested through our ticket system within twenty-four hours of the transaction.

Discord Bot Hosting has a 48 (forty-eight) hour period in which a guaranteed refund is provided.

Domain services are unable to be canceled at any point after the transaction and no refund is able to be processed once payment is taken.

Dedicated Server services are unable to be canceled by the customer. No refund is able to be processed once payment is taken.

Duplicate payments will be refunded to service credit or the payment method at our discretion.

Payments taken past the date of a cancellation request will be refunded

To request a refund, you will need to open a ticket under the Billing department.

At the top of the billing dashboard, Click “Support” and from the dropdown, select “Tickets”.

On the left-hand side, Click “Open Ticket”.

Select the “Billing” section. In the ticket, Explain the situation. Our support representatives will try their best and help you with the refund request.
