How to Reset your Billing Area Password

How to reset your password (Forgotten Password)



If you would like to reset your Billing Area password, because you don’t remember it, or it doesn’t let you log in, follow these instructions:

Click here to be able to request a password reset.



Input the email address associated with the account you want to reset the password, complete the reCaptcha and click “Submit”.



Now, wait a couple of seconds, and check your email inbox for an email sent from us. If you can’t find it, please check the spam/junk folder. If you do not get an email, please create a ticket here.



Click the email, and go to the link within the email.



Enter your new password, confirm the password and press save changes.

How to change your password (Client Area):



If you do remember your Billing Area password, but you want to change it, follow these instructions:

Log into your Client Area account.

Once logged in, click “Hello, <Your Name>!” located at the right upper corner of the screen, scroll down and click 'Change Password'.



Now, type your current password, type your new password, and then confirm your new password. When finished, press 'Save Changes'.



After saving changes, your password should have been changed successfully.

2 Factor Authentication (Recommended)
