How to setup and install SpongeForge
What is SpongeForge? Well, SpongeForge is a coremod for Minecraft Forge, which is an existing Minecraft: Java Edition modding framework famous for spurring the Minecraft modding scene. Forge lacks a cross-version API, and this is where Sponge steps in. Sponge allows server owners to deploy Sponge plugins with ease, making server management easier.
Locate the Versions tab on the left side of the Control Panel.
Select the View Builds button for Sponge.
Click on the Install button for the Minecraft Version you want to use, if you want to use the Snapshot versions of Sponge, just enable the Show Snaphots option.
Select the Build of the server software, and optionally, whether you want to delete all of the files on the server before installing Sponge. After doing so, you just click on the Install button and the server will now install SpongeForge for you.
