How to upgrade to paid plan from trial

To help you decide whether Sparked Host is a good fit for your needs, we provide twenty-four-hour trials for our Web Hosting, Minecraft hosting, and other services. This article will explain the process of requesting a Free Trial plan and how to upgrade from the Free Trial plan to the Paid plan.

Requesting a Free Trial plan:

Head to the Sparked Host Client Area, click "Services", and then "Order New Services" in the navigation bar.

After that, you should be able to see the "Free Trials" by scrolling down from the product category.

Then, Select the game server free trials from the product list and click the “Order Now” button below the product description.

Next, kindly choose your preferred server location and server type and hit the “Continue” button beside the ordering page to continue the creation process.

After confirming your order details, hit the “Checkout” button.

Finally, fill in the billing and personal information fields to complete the order.

Our staff will review your request as soon as possible once the order is placed. Please be aware that a customer may only be able to order a free trial server once, extra requests for free trials will not be accepted after that.

Upgrading the Free Trial plan to the Paid plan:

First of all, log into your Sparked Host Client Area account.

Next, click the "Open Ticket" button in the navigation bar to navigate to the Support Ticket Creation page.

Next, choose the "Billing" category to get in touch with our Billing Support.

Do not forget to select your free trial service in the “Related Service” box.

Finally, fill out the message box with the details of your request and type the subject. Our billing support team will get to work on it as soon as possible.

After opening a Support Ticket, a customer support team member will reply to your request as soon as they can and send you an invoice for you to pay. You'll be able to start using the Paid Plan as usual once the invoice has been paid.
