Prefer to Stay? Options Before You Request a Refund
If your goal is to get stable performance, keep your world/data, or right-size costs, our team can often solve it faster than a refund clears. Ask for any of the options below in your ticket:
- Performance Issues – We’ll audit your service (configuration, plugins/mods, panel settings, and node placement) and apply fixes or a recommended setup.
- Plan Right-Sizing – Move up or down to a more suitable plan with pro-rated billing.
- Free Node/Region Migration – If location or node congestion is the issue, we’ll move you at no charge.
If these options do not resolve your issue, you can still proceed with a refund request as outlined below.
How to Request a Refund
- In the billing dashboard, select Support → Tickets.
- In the left sidebar, click Open Ticket.
- Choose the Billing department. Clearly describe your situation, what you’ve already tried, and whether you prefer one of the “Stay” options above or a refund. Our team will review and assist.
