Prefer to Stay? Options Before You Request a Refund

If your goal is to get stable performance, keep your world/data, or right-size costs, our team can often solve it faster than a refund clears. Ask for any of the options below in your ticket:

  • Performance Issues – We’ll audit your service (configuration, plugins/mods, panel settings, and node placement) and apply fixes or a recommended setup.
  • Plan Right-Sizing – Move up or down to a more suitable plan with pro-rated billing.
  • Free Node/Region Migration – If location or node congestion is the issue, we’ll move you at no charge.

If these options do not resolve your issue, you can still proceed with a refund request as outlined below.

How to Request a Refund

  1. In the billing dashboard, select SupportTickets.

Support > Tickets

  1. In the left sidebar, click Open Ticket.

Open Ticket

  1. Choose the Billing department. Clearly describe your situation, what you’ve already tried, and whether you prefer one of the “Stay” options above or a refund. Our team will review and assist.
