To clear a FiveM Server's Cache:
- Access the Apollo Panel
- Stop your server.
- In the Files tab.
- Locate the
cachefolder. - Open the folder, delete all the files inside it, EXCEPT for the game folder.
- Start the server.
Congratulations, you have successfully cleared the server cache on your FiveM server.
How to Clear a FiveM Player's Cache
Sometimes your players might experience performance issues with their clients. One option to fix this is to have them clear the cache on their personal computer for their FiveM installation.
To clear your FiveM cache:
- Locate your FiveM Application Data folder. You can find this by right-clicking the FiveM shortcut on your desktop and selecting "Open File".
- Inside the FiveM directory, navigate to your cache files. Look for the cache folder.
- Inside the cache folder, clear the cache. Delete all the files inside of it except for the game folder.
- Restart FiveM.
